GamS host nuclease inhibitor protein

GamS protein is a RecBCD nuclease inhibitor. GamS binds RecBCD directly, thus preventing degradation of linear DNA by RecBCD.

GamS protein is purified from/in E. coli BL21(DE3) which contains GamS (6xHIS) expressing plasmid.
