HRV3C protease site-specific protein cleavage (Cat. no. CP1120)

HRV 3C protein is a site-specific cysteine protease with amino acid recognition sequence Leu-Glu-Val-Leu-Phe-Gln-↓-Gly-Pro. Also known under a trade name, PreScission. This protease exhibits superior bio-reactivity with high target: protease ratios.

HRV 3C protein is purified from E. coli  which contains HRV 3C (6xHIS) expressing plasmid.
