fuGFP protein

fuGFP protein is a fluorescent protein that can be used to generate a standard curve for quantitation and to monitor efficiency of cell-free transcription-translation reactions. fuGFP is an open-source sfGFP. It absorbs in the long UV range (ex 395, em 506).
