T4 uvsX protein

T4 uvsX protein uses strand-transfer and DNA pairing ability during recombination and repair. T4 uvsX protein works with T4 uvsY  (UY1100),  an accessory protein that stimulates UvsX recombinase in RNA/DNA amplification. For use in isothermal recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) with T4 gp32 protein (GP3210) .
