T7 RNA polymerase P266L mutant
$130.00Price
T7 RNA polymerase is used to produce mRNA in vitro and in vivo. It binds to a T7 RNA polymerase promoter, a DNA sequence which can be attached to any DNA molecule to produce any polypeptide. It is extensively used in prokaryotic and eukaryotic transcription-translation reactions in vitro for protein production.
T7 RNA polymerase is purified from E. coli. It is a highly processive T7 RNA polymerase P266L mutant (3xFLAG) expressed from plasmid.
